Abstract
The article is an introduction to the special issue of the journal on “Digital Technologies and Transformations of the Everyday”, offering a tentative typology of realities and presenting brief characteristics of various virtual phenomena, drawing on observations about the increasing digitalization of everyday practices. The topic is further elaborated in the contributions by E.G. Laktyukhina, A.R. Medvedeva, E.K. Sokolova and S.Y. Shevchenko, S.V. Sokolovsky and O.N. Podlesnykh, briefly outlined here.
